## ⏳ Quick start 
#### 1. SMP로 첫 번째 Segmentation 모델 만들기

#### 2. 데이터 전처리 설정하기
모든 인코더에는 사전 학습된 가중치가 있습니다. 가중치를 사전 학습할 때와 동일한 방식으로 데이터를 준비하면 더 나은 결과(더 높은 평가지표 점수와 더 빠른 수렴)를 얻을 수 있습니다. 디코더뿐만 아니라 전체 모델을 학습시키는 경우에는 \*\*필수적이\*\* 않습니다.

### Encoders 
이 라이브러리는 세분화(segmentation) 모델을 위한 다양한 \*\*사전 학습된(pretrained)\*\* encoder(백본이라고도 함)를 제공합니다. 분류(classification) 모델의 최종 레이어에서 특징을 사용하는 대신, \*\*중간 특징(intermediate features)\*\*을 추출하여 세분화 작업을 위해 decoder에 공급합니다.
모든 encoder는 \*\*사전 학습된 가중치(pretrained weights)\*\*와 함께 제공되며, 이는 세분화 모델을 학습할 때 \*\*더 빠르고 안정적인 수렴(convergence)\*\*을 달성하는 데 도움을 줍니다.
지원되는 다양한 encoder 중에서 특정 사용 사례에 가장 적합한 것을 선택할 수 있습니다. 예를 들면 다음과 같습니다:
- 저지연(low-latency) 애플리케이션이나 엣지 디바이스에서의 실시간 추론을 위한 \*\*경량 encoder\*\* (mobilenet/mobileone).
- 분할된 클래스가 많은 복잡한 작업을 위한 \*\*고용량 아키텍처\*\*로, 뛰어난 정확도를 제공합니다 (convnext/swin/mit).

## 🔁 Models API 
### Input channels
입력 채널 매개변수를 사용하면 임의의 수의 채널을 가진 텐서를 처리할 수 있는 모델을 만들 수 있습니다.
ImageNet의 사전 학습된 가중치를 사용하는 경우, 첫 번째 컨볼루션(convolution)의 가중치가 재사용됩니다:
- 1채널의 경우, 첫 번째 컨볼루션 레이어 가중치의 합이 됩니다.
- 그 외의 경우, `new\_weight[:, i] = pretrained\_weight[:, i % 3]`과 같은 방식으로 가중치가 채워지고, `new\_weight \* 3 / new\_in\_channels`로 스케일링됩니다.

### Auxiliary classification output
모든 모델은 `aux\_params` 매개변수를 지원하며, 기본값은 `None`으로 설정되어 있습니다.
`aux\_params = None`인 경우 분류 보조 출력(classification auxiliary output)이 생성되지 않으며, 그렇지 않은 경우
모델은 `mask`뿐만 아니라 `NC` 형태의 `label` 출력도 생성합니다.
분류 헤드는 GlobalPooling->Dropout(선택사항)->Linear->Activation(선택사항) 레이어로 구성되며, 다음과 같이 `aux\_params`로 설정할 수 있습니다:

### Depth
Depth 매개변수는 encoder 내의 다운샘플링 연산 수를 지정하므로, 더 작은 `depth`를 지정하여 모델을 더 가볍게 만들 수 있습니다.
