### 🔹 Pose Detection  
MediaPipe extracts body landmarks from each frame.

### 🔹 Angle Calculation  
Using 3 key points → angle formula → detect movement phase.

### 🔹 Rep Logic  
If angle drops below a threshold → **down phase**  
If angle rises above threshold → **rep counted**
