# hash-cracker

Experimental timing attack on V8's hash seed.

## Files

* `node-print-seed.diff` - patch for Node.js to print V8's hash seed
* `lib/local.js` - script to collect local timings
* `lib/remote.js` - script to collect (same machine) remote timings
* `src/brute-gpu.c` - heavy lifting OpeNCL app to brute force the hash seed
  using timings from above scripts
* `server.js` - target server for testing

Use on your risk, be responsible person and not target anything but your testing
environment. (It doesn't work on remote machines anyway)
