### 7-Point Validation

1. **Structure** - Correct files and directories
2. **Frontmatter** - Valid name and description
3. **Description** - Trigger phrases for auto-activation
4. **Content** - Clear, imperative instructions
5. **Progressive Disclosure** - Main file concise
6. **Resources** - Referenced files exist
7. **Cross-Platform** - agentskills.io compatibility

### Quality Scoring (100 points)

**Grade Scale:**
- **A (90+)** - Production ready
