# native-tear Clone of [hidden-tear](https://github.com/utkusen/hidden-tear/) written in C++ Written for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux ## Features * Uses AES-256-CBC to encrypt files * Encrypted files can be decrypted in decryption program with encryption key (and IV) * Runs on any platform supported by crypto++ and boost ## Usage - [config.h](native-tear/config.h) - [config.php](web/config.php) #Legal Warning While this may be helpful for some, there are significant risks. hidden tear may be used only for Educational Purposes. Do not use it as a ransomware! You could go to jail on obstruction of justice charges just for running hidden tear, even though you are innocent.
