* ```python3 -m venv <env name>``` to create virtual environment
* ```<env name>\scripts\activate``` 
* ```SET FLASK_APP=flask_project``` here app is "flask_project" folder
* ```SET FLASK_DEBUG=1```
* ```flask run```
