node proxy to query postgres but output as influx for grafana backend

```npm i postgres-influx-mimic```

Postgres db contains jsonb records looking like (the data could come from any table):

Getting results with different time format:
Change ```to_timestamp((doc->>'ts')::int) at time zone 'UTC' AS time```
To: ```(doc->>'ts')::numeric * 1000 AS time```

I have tested this and can see grafana making a request to the daemon:

however it doesnt seem to like the results returned current output from daemon looks like:

After a little messing about i have now added the CORS stuff to the node daemon and I get a graph!

More info

The ```$timeFilter``` variable is avaliable to the raw SQL so something like the below:

```
 SELECT (doc->>'ts')::numeric * 1000 AS time, (doc->>'count')::numeric AS value FROM aatest 
 WHERE ($timeFilter) ...
```

Is expanded to: 
```
 SELECT (doc->>'ts')::numeric * 1000 AS time, (doc->>'count')::numeric AS value 
 FROM aatest WHERE (time > now() - 6h) ...
```

Which postgres doesnt like so needs to be more like:

``` 
 SELECT (doc->>'ts')::numeric * 1000 AS time, (doc->>'count')::numeric AS value
 FROM aatest WHERE ( to_timestamp((doc->>'ts')::numeric) > now() - interval '6h')
```

I think https://github.com/grafana/grafana/blob/v2.1.x/public/app/plugins/datasource/influxdb/datasource.js#L175 needs to be customised for this to work properly.

The ```$interval``` variable is also avaliable in the raw sql again this needs to be properly quoted.

Multiple series - the below example sql shows how to retrieve multiple series in one result:
