- **Judging Progress Calculation Fix** ✅ COMPLETED:
  - Fixed judging progress calculation to accurately reflect submission completion status
  - Progress now correctly counts submissions marked as "completed" instead of just scored criteria
  - Fixed submission counter to only show submissions available to current judge
  - Submissions completed by other judges no longer appear in judge's view

## Getting Started

### Prerequisites

- Node 18+
- npm
- Convex account
- Clerk account

### Installation

1. Clone the repository

```bash
git clone <repository-url>
cd vibeapps
```

2. Install dependencies

```bash
npm install
```

3. Set up environment variables

```bash
cp .env.example .env.local
```

Add your Convex and Clerk credentials to `.env.local`:

CLERK_SECRET_KEY=your_clerk_secret_key
```

4. Set up Convex

```bash
npx convex dev
```

5. Run the development server

```bash
npm run dev
```

### Admin Setup

After initial setup, the first registered user will need to be granted admin privileges through the Convex dashboard or by manually updating the database.
