# Legal Agent Skills

Open-source AI agent skills for litigation and dispute resolution, built by [Shaun Wong LLC](https://shaunwongllc.com) — a Singapore firm specialising in cross-border disputes.

These skills are designed for the [Agent Skills](https://agentskills.io) open standard, compatible with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and 30+ other platforms.

## What These Are

Each skill is a structured methodology file (`SKILL.md`) that teaches an AI agent how to perform a specific legal task. They encode:

## How to Use

### Claude Code / Cursor / VS Code

Drop the skill directory into your project's `.claude/skills/` folder:

## Jurisdiction

These skills were developed for **Singapore law** practice but include an "Adapting This Skill" section with guidance for other common law jurisdictions. The core methodologies (checklist-driven review, positional filtering, systematic claims analysis) are universal.

## Background

Shaun Wong LLC has been building AI-assisted legal practice tools since 2025. These skills are extracted from our production system — the same methodology our AI agents use on real cases. We've sanitised firm-specific references while preserving the complete methodology.

We believe the legal profession benefits from shared tooling. These skills represent the methodology layer that makes AI agents useful for legal work. The real value lies in applying them to your practice.
