Jail updates frequently regarding the continuous change of your server software. To install the most recent stable release of Jail, get into our [Releases](https://github.com/hoyinm14mc/Jail/releases/) page to obtain the build.
Users are advised **not to compile** Jail from its source code, as its stability is not 100% guaranteed.

With Jail 1.1, player punishment is more than just commands. Equipped with its extensive compatibility, various economic plugins could be installed to supports its ability for players to bail using money. Jail is way smarter than you think of. Its penalty system automatically detects players' misbehavior in their jail and apply extra penalties. Its Vote-jail system puts a player into prison after certain votes given by other players. It has even more impressively powerful stuff to be unveiled.

Malfunction of a prison's security features is not allowed in reality. Security always comes first, so Jail forces players to stay in their prisons, even when the prison is not sealed with blocks. Controls is limited to players in jail, so they never break out of prison.
