# R-Basics-Visualization Introduce data basics and visualization using R ## R Introduction I introduced (1) what is R, (2) why choosing R, and (3) what can we do with R. ## R Basics I introduced (1) data structure, (2) data manipulation, and (3) important functions See R Basics pdf and script for more details. ## R Visualization I introduced (1) deciding which types of figures are suitable based on data features, (2) three plotting systems in R, and (3) how to make and publish R reports See R Visualization pdf and script for more details. # Rprojects 《探寻城市数字密码》是南京大学建筑与城市规划学院本科生专业核心课《城市与区域系统分析》的重要组成部分。在研究城市问题时，通常需要辨识城市问题涉及的多重因子是什么，以及这些因子间的因果关系。数理统计分析方法为我们探寻城市数字密码提供了一把钥匙。正确的运用数理统计方法可以帮助我们识别城市密码，分析城市运行原理，提取城市问题的核心影响因素，进而提出解决思路。我们将以城市研究中的基础定量分析方法（数理统计方法）为主线，以数据获取、数据处理、描述统计、回归分析、结果解释为核心，将原理讲授、案例解析和R语言编码结合，重点培养学生对城市问题进行定量分析的基本能力，并能运用R语言进行建模。
