# Installation Guide

1. Get the code
git clone https://github.com/Omid-Nejati/MedViTV2

Downloads the entire project code from GitHub to your computer.

cd MedViTV2

Moves into the project folder you just downloaded.

2. Official Install Script

Prerequisites
  • Python 3 Python is required to use pip.
pip install torch==2.5.0 torchvision==0.20.0 torchaudio==2.5.0 --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu124

Installs the package published on PyPI directly β€” no need to clone the source.

pip install natten==0.17.3+torch250cu124 -f https://shi-labs.com/natten/wheels/
