2. Python 3.6에서 cython을 설치하면 소스에서 ``Qlib``을 설치할 때 몇 가지 에러가 발생할 수 있으니 주의하세요. 사용자의 머신에서 Python 3.6을 사용하는 경우, Python을 버전 3.8 이상으로 *업그레이드*하거나 `conda`의 Python을 사용하여 소스에서 ``Qlib``을 설치하는 것을 권장합니다.

`Qlib`은 단일 모델을 실행하는 세 가지 다른 방법을 제공하며, 사용자는 자신의 경우에 가장 잘 맞는 것을 선택할 수 있습니다.

### 다중 모델 실행 (Run multiple models)
`Qlib`은 또한 여러 모델을 여러 번 반복해서 실행할 수 있는 스크립트 [`run_all_model.py`](examples/run_all_model.py)를 제공합니다. (**참고**: 이 스크립트는 현재 *Linux*만 지원합니다. 다른 OS는 향후 지원될 예정입니다. 또한 동일한 모델을 여러 번 병렬로 실행하는 것은 지원하지 않으며, 이는 향후 개발에서 수정될 예정입니다.)

이 스크립트는 각 모델마다 고유한 가상 환경을 생성하고, 학습 후 해당 환경을 삭제합니다. 따라서 `IC` 및 `backtest` 결과와 같은 실험 결과만 생성되어 저장됩니다.

### 브레이킹 체인지 (Break change)
`pandas`에서 `group_key`는 `groupby` 메서드의 파라미터 중 하나입니다. `pandas` 버전 1.5에서 2.0으로 넘어가면서 `group_key`의 기본값이 `no default`에서 `True`로 변경되었으며, 이로 인해 qlib에서 작동 중 오류가 보고될 수 있습니다. 따라서 `group_key=False`로 설정했지만, 일부 프로그램이 정상적으로 실행된다는 보장은 없습니다. 대상 프로그램은 다음과 같습니다:

# 오프라인 모드 및 온라인 모드 (Offline Mode and Online Mode)
Qlib의 데이터 서버는 `Offline` 모드 또는 `Online` 모드로 배포할 수 있습니다. 기본 모드는 오프라인 모드입니다.

`Offline` 모드에서는 데이터가 로컬에 배포됩니다.

`Online` 모드에서는 데이터가 공유 데이터 서비스로 배포됩니다. 데이터와 캐시는 모든 클라이언트가 공유합니다. 캐시 적중률이 높아지기 때문에 데이터 검색 성능이 향상될 것으로 기대됩니다. 또한 디스크 공간을 덜 차지합니다. 온라인 모드 문서는 [Qlib-Server](https://qlib-server.readthedocs.io/)에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 온라인 모드는 [Azure CLI 기반 스크립트](https://qlib-server.readthedocs.io/en/latest/build.html#one-click-deployment-in-azure)를 사용하여 자동으로 배포할 수 있습니다. 온라인 데이터 서버의 소스 코드는 [Qlib-Server 저장소](https://github.com/microsoft/qlib-server)에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

## Qlib 데이터 서버 성능 (Performance of Qlib Data Server)
데이터 처리 성능은 AI 기술과 같은 데이터 기반 방법에 중요합니다. AI 지향 플랫폼인 Qlib은 데이터 저장 및 데이터 처리 솔루션을 제공합니다. Qlib 데이터 서버의 성능을 입증하기 위해,
다른 여러 데이터 저장 솔루션과 비교합니다.

주식 시장의 기본 OHLCV 일간 데이터(2007년부터 2020년까지 매일 800개 종목)에서 데이터셋(14개 피처/팩터)을 생성하는 동일한 작업을 완료하여 여러 저장 솔루션의 성능을 평가합니다.
이 작업에는 데이터 쿼리 및 처리가 포함됩니다.

* `+(-)E`는 `ExpressionCache` 포함(제외)을 나타냅니다.
* `+(-)D`는 `DatasetCache` 포함(제외)을 나타냅니다.

대부분의 범용 데이터베이스는 데이터를 로드하는 데 너무 많은 시간이 걸립니다. 내부 구현을 조사해 본 결과, 범용 데이터베이스 솔루션에서는 데이터가 너무 많은 계층의 인터페이스와 불필요한 포맷 변환을 거친다는 것을 알 수 있었습니다.
이러한 오버헤드는 데이터 로딩 프로세스를 크게 지연시킵니다.
Qlib 데이터는 컴팩트한 형식으로 저장되므로 과학적 연산을 위한 배열로 결합하는 데 효율적입니다.
