Claude Code 생산성 플러그인 모음 — Marketplace 레포.

이 레포는 [Claude Code 플러그인 마켓플레이스](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/plugin-marketplaces.md) 입니다. 여러 개의 플러그인을 한 곳에서 호스팅하며, 각 플러그인은 독립적으로 설치·업데이트할 수 있습니다.

## 설치 — Option B: Shell script

`~/.claude/skills/` 에 직접 복사하는 방식입니다. standalone 호출명(`/harness-edit`, `/ui-style-lab`)을 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.

> ⚠️ `mbti-16types` 는 skill 이 아닌 command/agent 기반 플러그인이라 Shell script 설치를 지원하지 않습니다. **Marketplace(Option A)로만 설치**하세요.

환경 변수 `CLAUDE_HOME` 으로 `~/.claude` 위치를 재정의할 수 있습니다.

### `blog-shotform-gen` 설치 시 추가 동작

이 플러그인은 ElevenLabs / OpenAI 유료 API 와 ffmpeg, Python, Node.js 를 사용하므로 인스톨러가 다음을 추가로 수행합니다 (다른 플러그인 설치 흐름에는 영향 없음):

1. **사전 의존성 체크**: `ffmpeg`, `ffprobe`, `python3`, `node`, `npm` 존재 확인.
   - macOS 에 `ffmpeg`이 없고 Homebrew 가 설치돼 있으면 `brew install ffmpeg` 진행 여부를 물어봅니다.
   - `requests`, `beautifulsoup4` (Python) 패키지가 없으면 `pip install --user` 진행 여부를 물어봅니다.
   - 위 두 가지는 `--skip-deps` 로 건너뛸 수 있습니다.
2. **API 키 입력**: `ELEVENLABS_API_KEY` / `ELEVENLABS_VOICE_A` / `ELEVENLABS_VOICE_B` / `OPENAI_API_KEY` (+선택값) 을 차례로 입력받아 `~/.claude/skills/blog-url-to-shortform/.env` 에 권한 0600 으로 저장합니다.
   - 값을 비워두고 Enter 만 누르면 해당 항목은 빈 채로 저장되고, 나중에 직접 편집 가능합니다.
   - 비대화형 셸(파이프·CI) 환경에서는 자동으로 `.env.example` 만 복사하고 prompt 는 건너뜁니다.
   - `--skip-env` 로 강제로 건너뛸 수도 있습니다.

두 모드를 동시에 설치해도 namespace 가 달라 충돌하지 않습니다.

`mbti-16types` 는 Plugin 모드 전용이며, 커맨드는 `/mbti-16types:mind`, `/mbti-16types:minds`, `/mbti-16types:pair` 입니다.

## 새 플러그인 추가하는 법

1. `plugins/<new-plugin-name>/` 디렉토리 생성
2. `plugins/<new-plugin-name>/.claude-plugin/plugin.json` 작성 (name / description / version / author / license)
3. `plugins/<new-plugin-name>/skills/<skill-name>/SKILL.md` 작성 (그리고 필요한 리소스)
4. 루트의 `.claude-plugin/marketplace.json` 의 `plugins[]` 배열에 새 항목 추가:

`install.sh`, `install.ps1`, `uninstall.sh` 는 `plugins/` 디렉토리를 자동 스캔하므로 별도 수정 불필요합니다.
