1. Download and unzip GloVe vectors (glove.840B.300d.zip) from https://nlp.stanford.edu/projects/glove/ and put it into ./glove/

2. Download the BERT encoder (bert-base-uncased) from https://github.com/huggingface/transformers/ and put it into ./bert/

3. Download datasets (Rest14, Laptop, and Twitter) from https://github.com/CCChenhao997/DualGCN-ABSA/ and put them into ./data/
