# Claude Content Engine

> Build a self-running content studio with Claude + Higgsfeild + Seedance 2.0 + Hyperframes.
> This repo is the companion to the YouTube tutorial — every prompt, template, sub-agent, and schedule used in the video lives here.

If you're watching the video and want to follow along: clone this repo and work through it level by level. Every prompt has a section. Every template is ready to copy. Every sub-agent has its initialization text.

## What you'll build

By the end of the tutorial, you'll have a folder on your computer that runs as a content studio. Every weekday morning between 6:30 AM and 8:05 AM, Claude wakes up, builds a shot sheet from your brand brief, generates frames, renders video, edits the cuts, and publishes them to your channels — without you opening a single app.

You walk it through once. After that, content production is a background job.

## Quick start

1. **Watch Level 1 of the video.** Then follow [`docs/01-setup.md`](docs/01-setup.md) to install Claude, the Higgsfeild MCP, and the three required skills.
2. **Watch Level 2.** Use [`templates/brand-brief.md`](templates/brand-brief.md) to fill in your own brand. Then run the prompts in [`prompts/level-2-organize-and-generate.md`](prompts/level-2-organize-and-generate.md) in order.
3. **Watch Level 3.** Wire up the five sub-agents from [`sub-agents/`](sub-agents/) and set up the schedule from [`templates/schedule.md`](templates/schedule.md).
4. **Walk through [`docs/03-pre-launch-checklist.md`](docs/03-pre-launch-checklist.md).** When every box is checked, you ship.

## Required tools

- **[Higgsfeild](https://higgsfeild.ai)** account (Starter tier or higher — needs Seedance 2.0 + GPT Image 2 + Veo 3.1 access)
- **Node 22+ and FFmpeg** (Hyperframes prerequisites)

## Cost

The whole pipeline costs **cents per video.** Specifically:

- A single visual effects shot via Seedance 2.0 on Higgsfeild: ~$0.35
- A 30-second finished video, all-in (frames + segments + edit + publish): under $20
- Compare to the AAAA 2025 average for a 30-second commercial: **$342,000**
