## Getting Started

To only use the app, unpack the latest release and run the Elite Dangerous Rich Presence.exe. To keep your settings between updates copy the settings.json file.

If you want to modify and build your own app, then follow the installation and usage guide.

### Prerequisites

* [uv](https://docs.astral.sh/uv/#getting-started)
  ```powershell
  powershell -c "irm https://astral.sh/uv/install.ps1 | iex"
  ```

## Usage

To run the app without building an executable:
```powershell
uv run python -m elite_dangerous_rich_presence
```
To build the executable:
```powershell
./build.bat
```
