## Silvanus P. Thompson's _Calculus Made Easy_

This is the Spanish translation of _Calculus Made Easy: Being a very-simplest introduction to those beautiful methods which are generally called by the terrifying names of the Differentia_ (2nd expanded ed., 1914), the classic textbook by [Silvanus P. Thompson, FRS](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silvanus_P._Thompson) (1881-1916).

In the century since its publication, _Calculus Made Easy_ has instructed and inspired legendary men such as [Richard Feynman](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Feynman) and [Morris Kline](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morris_Kline).

Credit for the [English edition of this ebook](http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/33283), published in June 2012, goes to Paula Appling, Don Bindner, Chris Curnow, and Andrew D. Hwang, members of Project Gutenberg's [Online Distributed Proofreading Team](http://www.pgdp.net), upon which this translation is based.
