## 🎯 Tổng quan chương trình

**First Cloud Journey (FCJ) Internship Program** là chương trình thực tập chuyên sâu về AWS Cloud Computing với thời gian chuẩn **3 tháng**. Tuy nhiên, các thực tập sinh xuất sắc có thể xin xác nhận hoàn thành sớm sau **2 tháng** nếu đáp ứng đầy đủ các tiêu chí nghiêm ngặt.

- Phát triển kỹ năng AWS Cloud Architecture và DevOps
- Xây dựng portfolio dự án thực tế trên AWS
- Chuẩn bị cho AWS Certifications
- Phát triển kỹ năng technical writing và communication

## ✅ Ba điều kiện bắt buộc để xác nhận sớm

### 1. 📝 Worklog hàng ngày hoàn chỉnh
- **Yêu cầu**: Ghi chép chi tiết từ ngày đầu tiên thực tập
- **Trọng số**: 30% tổng điểm đánh giá

### 2. 📊 Project Proposal về AWS
- **Yêu cầu**: Proposal chi tiết 8 phần về dự án AWS thực tế
- **Trọng số**: 50% tổng điểm đánh giá

### 3. ✍️ Blog Translation
- **Yêu cầu**: Dịch ít nhất 1 bài blog kỹ thuật chất lượng cao

## 🚀 Hướng dẫn bắt đầu

### Bước 4: Bắt đầu thực hiện
1. **Ngày 1**: Bắt đầu viết worklog hàng ngày
2. **Tuần 1-2**: Research và chọn chủ đề project proposal
3. **Tuần 3-4**: Viết draft proposal và chọn bài blog để dịch
4. **Tuần 5-6**: Hoàn thiện proposal và bài dịch
5. **Tuần 7-8**: Review, polish và submit

### Thang điểm tổng thể
- **90-100%**: Excellent - Đạt chuẩn xác nhận sớm
- **80-89%**: Good - Cần cải thiện một số điểm
- **70-79%**: Satisfactory - Cần cải thiện đáng kể
- **<70%**: Needs Improvement - Chưa đạt yêu cầu

## 📅 Timeline đề xuất

### Tháng 1: Foundation
- **Tuần 1-2**: Orientation, setup environment, bắt đầu worklog
- **Tuần 3-4**: AWS fundamentals, chọn chủ đề project

### Tháng 2: Execution  
- **Tuần 1-2**: Draft proposal, research blog để dịch
- **Tuần 3-4**: Hoàn thiện proposal và bài dịch
- **Cuối tháng**: Submit và review

## 🎓 Quy trình xác nhận

1. **Submit**: Tạo Pull Request với đầy đủ 3 deliverables
2. **Initial Review**: Mentor review trong 3-5 ngày
3. **Feedback**: Nhận feedback và yêu cầu chỉnh sửa (nếu có)
4. **Final Review**: Review cuối cùng và approval
5. **Certificate**: Nhận chứng chỉ hoàn thành thực tập sớm
