# Terrain Magic for Unreal Engine

TerrainMagic brings a set of tools that makes it easier to create & modify landscapes in Unreal Engine.
<br/>
It works with your existing landscape & materials but adds extra tools to make things faster & better.

## Installation

**[Get it via the marketplace 🛍️](https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/product/terrainmagic-supercharging-landscape-creation)**

For non-commerical projects, you can also get it from here:

* Close your existing Unreal Engine app.
* Download the plugin from [a release](https://github.com/GDi4K/unreal-terrain-magic/releases/latest) for your engine version.
* Create a directory inside your project called "Plugins" from the Windows File Browser
* Extract the downloded plugin into that directory
* Start your project, you will get a prompt asking to compile & proceed
* In order to do that, you need to setup following things:
  * Visual Studio for Unreal Engine: https://bit.ly/3EJqAFS
  * Download & install [DotNet SDK 6.x](https://aka.ms/dotnet-core-applaunch?framework=Microsoft.NETCore.App&framework_version=6.0.0&arch=x64&rid=win10-x64)
