# HEU_LDG 绿豆糕制作教程： ①绿豆大火煮5分钟，然后关火泡一小时； ②把泡好的绿豆放电饭锅，加入去核的红枣，绿豆红枣比例2：1（不要放太多红枣，否则会很甜；也不要少于1/3，不甜也不好吃，1/3~1/2的比例刚刚好），加水没过红枣即可； ③使用煮饭模式，煮熟后，用工具捣烂，加入花生碎、桂花酱，最后用模具塑型。 提示：放凉后味道更佳 Mung bean cake making tutorial: ① Cook mung beans over high heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and soak for 1 hour; ② Put the soaked green beans into the rice cooker, add the pitted red dates, the ratio of green beans and red dates is 2:1 (do not put too many red dates, otherwise it will be very sweet; Also not less than 1/3, not sweet and not delicious, 1/3~1/2 ratio is just right), add water without red dates; ③ Use the cooking mode, after cooking, use tools to mash, add crushed peanuts, osmanthus paste, and finally mold. Tips: It tastes better when cooled
