# Installation Guide

1. Get the code

git clone https://github.com/chenweiqun/swagger-vue

Downloads the entire project code from GitHub to your computer.

cd swagger-vue

Moves into the project folder you just downloaded.

2. Node.js

Easy Recommended

Prerequisites

Git Needed to download the project code from GitHub.
Node.js Node.js must be installed to use npm. The LTS version is recommended.

npm install swagger-vue --dev

Downloads and installs the libraries listed in package.json.

✅ After running the command, open the address shown in the terminal (usually something like http://localhost:3000) in your browser.

Create **Gruntfile.js**

Now you can use `grunt vue` to run build task

# Generated client usage

In Vue.js main file set API domain
```javascript
import { setDomain } from './lib/api-client.js'
setDomain('http://localhost:3000/api')
```

Import API function into Vue.js component, for example to log in
```javascript
import { user_login as userLogin } from '../lib/api-client.js'

userLogin({
  credentials: {
    username: 'admin',
    password: 'admin'

}).then(function (response) {

```
All requests use **axios** module with promise, for more information about that follow axios documentation
