## Getting started

### Prerequisites

- [Node.js](https://nodejs.org) 18+
- A [Supabase](https://supabase.com) project (for auth and database)

### Setup

1. Clone the repo:

```bash
git clone https://github.com/openslop/openslop.git
cd openslop
```

2. Install dependencies:

```bash
npm install
```

3. Create a `.env.local` file with your environment variables:

Required (auth and database):

```
NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL=https://your-project.supabase.co
NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY=your-anon-key
```

Without provider keys, the app falls back to mock providers. To use real ones, add any of:

```
ANTHROPIC_API_KEY=        # LLM
RUNWARE_API_KEY=          # Image + video
ELEVENLABS_API_KEY=       # Music + SFX
CARTESIA_API_KEY=         # Text-to-speech
BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN=    # Vercel Blob (asset storage)
NEXT_PUBLIC_BLOB_URL=     # Vercel Blob public URL
```

4. Run the database migrations:

```bash
npm run db:push
```

5. Start the dev server:

```bash
npm run dev
```

Open [http://localhost:3000](http://localhost:3000) and you should see the app.
