**tsiBirr** is an intelligent, real-time spending guard and dynamic audio warning system designed to protect users from impulse spending, excessive bank transfers, and low-balance financial stress.

- 📱 **Real-Time Bank SMS Parsing**: Supports major Ethiopian & regional financial services including **Telebirr**, **Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE)**, **Awash Bank**, **Bank of Abyssinia (BOA)**, **M-PESA**, **Dashen**, **COOPay**, and **EBIRR**.
- 📊 **Pure Spending Ratio Engine**: Automatically evaluates spending severity based on the ratio of transferred funds to remaining account balance:
  - 🔵 **Deposit Received**: Incoming credited transfer.
  - 🟢 **Minor Spend**: Spending ratio $< 15\%$ of total funds.
  - 🟡 **Moderate Spend**: Spending ratio $15\% - 30\%$ of total funds.
  - 🟠 **Heavy Spend**: Spending ratio $30\% - 50\%$ of total funds.
  - 🔴 **Danger / Low Balance Alert**: Spending ratio $\ge 50\%$ or remaining balance $< 1,000\text{ ETB}$.
- 🎧 **20 Authentic Amharic Audio Warnings**: Built-in Amharic voice clips & sound effects tailored to each severity tier.
- 🔒 **Random & Locked Sound Modes**: Pick a locked sound per tier or let tsiBirr select audio clips randomly.
- 🛑 **Ringtone-Style Volume Key Muting**: Mute playing audio warnings instantly by pressing any physical hardware volume button (**Volume Up**, **Volume Down**, or **Mute**), just like muting an incoming phone call!
- 🌙 **Light & Dark Theme**: Toggle between Obsidian Dark Mode (`#090A0F`) and Clean Light Mode (`#F8FAFC`).
