# Installation Guide
git clone https://github.com/tbxark/mcp-proxy
Downloads the entire project code from GitHub to your computer.
cd mcp-proxy
Moves into the project folder you just downloaded.
2. Official Install Script
Easy Recommended- Go Go is required to use go install.
go install github.com/tbxark/mcp-proxy@latest
Downloads and installs the specified version directly โ no need to clone the repo yourself.

3. Docker
Easy- Git Needed to download the project code from GitHub.
- Docker Desktop Needed to build and run containers. Install it and keep it running in the background.
docker run -d -p 9090:9090 -v /path/to/config.json:/config/config.json ghcr.io/tbxark/mcp-proxy:latest
Runs the built image as an actual container.
