## 📦 Installation

1. Clone the repository:

2. Install dependencies:

npm install

3. Run the development server:

npm run dev

4. Open [http://localhost:3000](http://localhost:3000) in your browser

The project uses Next.js App Router and TypeScript. Key configuration files:

## 🎯 Usage

1. Visit the application in your browser
2. Upload a video by dragging and dropping or clicking the upload area
3. Preview your video and confirm it's the one you want to process
4. Click "Transform Your Video" to begin the AI processing
5. Download or share your transformed reel

## 🔒 File Limitations

- Maximum file size: 100MB
- Supported formats: MP4, WebM, MOV
- Maximum duration: 5 minutes
