DTK is an open-source software library designed to provide scalable parallel
solution transfer services for multiphysics simulations.

This is the development version of the library. The API, code capabilities,
and data structures are subject to change. Stable versions of the library can
be found as [tagged
releases](https://github.com/ORNL-CEES/DataTransferKit/releases).
