git clone https://github.com/zee-editor/zee
Downloads the entire project code from GitHub to your computer.
cd zee
Moves into the project folder you just downloaded.
2. Official Install Script
Easy Recommended- Rust (rustup) Rust is required to use cargo.
- APT (Debian/Ubuntu ๊ณ์ด) Built into Debian/Ubuntu-based Linux distributions.
cargo install --locked zee
Builds and installs the package published on crates.io โ no need to clone the repo yourself.
cargo install --locked --features system-clipboard zee

sudo apt install xorg-dev libxcb-shape0-dev libxcb-xfixes0-dev
