# Bundle 3: Capture & Proof

This bundle gives viewers the phone-to-vault workflow and a way to prove it is working.

## Included

- `skills/telegram-to-obsidian-capture`: an agent skill for turning messy Telegram input into Obsidian notes.
- `skills/obsidian-sync-doctor`: an agent skill for diagnosing the Hermes-to-Obsidian loop.
- `demo-prompts/telegram-capture-prompts.md`: prompts viewers can send from their phone.
- `sample-inputs/messy-captures.md`: test captures for demos and setup verification.
- `skills/obsidian-sync-doctor/scripts/verify_hermes_obsidian_loop.sh`: read-only checks by default, optional write test.
