# Installation Guide

1. Get the code

git clone https://github.com/RemoteDebug/remotedebug-gateway

Downloads the entire project code from GitHub to your computer.

cd remotedebug-gateway

Moves into the project folder you just downloaded.

2. Node.js

Easy Recommended

Prerequisites

Git Needed to download the project code from GitHub.
Node.js Node.js must be installed to use npm. The LTS version is recommended.

npm install

Downloads and installs the libraries listed in package.json.

npm start

Starts the development/run server.

✅ After running the command, open the address shown in the terminal (usually something like http://localhost:3000) in your browser.

	- Keeps track of node ids from servers, and matches requests to the correct node of connected servers

### Installation

1. ``npm install remotedebug-gateway -g``

### Run
1. ``rd-gateway <url> -b <browsers`` ala ``rd-gateway http://kenneth.io -b canary,opera``
2. The browsers should now open with the URL
3. Copy paste the DevTools URL into a Chrome window that has been outputted the console.
4. Party!

**NOTICE**: This project is highly experimental, and shouldn't be used in ANY production-like environment, as there's absolutely no security or privacy.
