[網路&DC_API錯誤] Discord Fetch Error 時，會重複發送dc面板

mapart stop 時 還續繼續蓋下一張

mapart 補材料時 分流重啟 多耗時很久
[低概率] mapart 切換分流後 server mpdb 無 可判別背包加載完成訊息 導致切錯材料蓋錯

## Develop

`npm install`

`npm install` 時會自動透過 `patch-package` 套用 `patches/` 下的修改：

| `mineflayer+4.37.1` | `sendPacketLook()` 直接 return 停用轉頭封包；`bot.lookAt()` / `swingArm()` 直接 return |
| `minecraft-protocol+1.66.2` | keepAlive timeout 改為 return；`PartialReadError` 不再 emit error |
| `prismarine-item+1.18.0` | 1.21+ componentMap enchantments 格式相容修正 |
| `undici+8.3.0` | recordConverter 移除 Symbol keys 修正相容性 |
