# Literature Review Econ Skill

This repository provides a Codex skill for high-quality literature search and English literature review writing in business research. It is designed for topics in economics, finance, management, accounting, statistics, forecasting, policy evaluation, operations, and interdisciplinary machine learning research.

## What It Does

- Searches and screens 30 to 50 topic-relevant journal articles before writing a review.
- Applies a strict default public screening preset for high-quality sources.
- Prioritizes SCI-indexed or SSCI-indexed journals with strong journal rankings.
- Produces traceable references with DOI or clear source links.
- Converts selected papers into note cards, comparison matrices, outlines, and concise English literature review prose.
- Keeps summary, evaluation, mechanisms, methods, and research gaps clearly separated.

## Default Public Screening Preset

The default preset is intentionally strict, but users may override it when they need exploratory search.

- Journals must be indexed by SCI or SSCI.
- Papers should satisfy at least one ranking condition: ABS/AJG 3 or above, JCR Q1/Q2, CAS Zone 1/2, or selected major Nature Portfolio journals.
- At least 85% of the final list should come from the rolling five-year publication window.
- Older papers are included only when they are foundational and have at least 200 Google Scholar citations.
- Default excluded journals include official CAS warning-list journals, Sustainability, Energies, and Science of the Total Environment.

## Reference Style

The skill uses APA-style author-year citations by default for literature review writing. It can also output references in GB/T 7714-2015 or another requested format.

Every cited paper in a review should appear in a final `References Used` section with DOI or a clear source link.
