## ✨ 它能做什么

很多“帮我想论文创新点”的回答听起来很热闹，但真正写论文时会卡在这些问题上：

- 这个方向的任务到底是怎么发展来的？
- 哪些论文和我的想法极度相似？
- 每篇关键论文的创新点分别是什么？
- 哪些点已经被做烂了，哪些 gap 还站得住？
- 我的 idea 和 closest prior work 到底差在哪？
- 最小实验怎么设计，什么结果会支持、削弱或杀掉这个 idea？

`shushu-novelty-finder` 就是为这个场景准备的。它不只是 brainstorm，而是把研究 idea 拆成一条能被审查的链：

## 🧭 两种核心模式

| 💡 **Idea Generation Mode** | 你已经有一篇论文或一个方向，想生成可以做成论文的创新点 | weak / medium / strong idea、closest prior work、实验、baseline、kill criteria |

最推荐的使用方式是：

## ⚡ 快速开始

### 工程化 CLI（v0.2 alpha）

`requirements-dev.lock` 固定并校验开发与构建依赖；依赖声明变化后，用
`.venv/bin/pip-compile pyproject.toml --extra dev --all-build-deps --allow-unsafe --strip-extras --generate-hashes --output-file requirements-dev.lock`
重新生成，不要手工编辑锁文件。

启动一个可恢复的完整运行：

统一检索入口支持 arXiv、OpenAlex、Semantic Scholar 和 OpenReview。OpenAlex 的免费
`OPENALEX_API_KEY` 仍是可重复或生产检索的推荐方式；未配置时，连接器会尝试官方当前
提供的小额匿名 demo 额度，并把额度耗尽等失败完整落盘。Semantic Scholar 可选
`SEMANTICSCHOLAR_API_KEY`，匿名调用自动使用较低开销的 bulk 检索。有 key 时保留 relevance 检索。多源检索会并发执行、
跨源去重，并把部分失败持久化为 JSONL：

### 效果声明状态

当前没有公开的比较效果声明。60-seed × 4-system 的 240 次运行及双人匿名评审包已经
完成并做哈希绑定；减负协议由两人各评 36 个种子、共同评 12 个种子，并集覆盖全部
60 个种子。但两名科研评审者的盲评和公开聚合结果尚未完成；在此之前，LLM judge
结果不能用来证明新版优于 baseline。

这一区域受 release gate 约束。评测协议见 [`evals/README.md`](evals/README.md)，失败模式见
[`docs/failure-cases.md`](docs/failure-cases.md)；迁移说明、版本变化和发布清单分别见

## 🧾 模式一：论文脉络模式

### 什么时候用

当你还没准备好直接做 idea，而是想先看清楚一个方向：

- 当前任务是什么；
- 代表论文按什么路线发展；
- 每篇论文到底新在哪里；
- 哪些工作和你的方向最接近；
- 哪些创新点已经被占掉；
- 还有哪些 gap 能继续做。

1. 按历史阶段、方法路线或任务分支给论文分组；

## 💡 模式二：创新点生成模式

### 什么时候用

当你已经有一个方向或一篇种子论文，并且想知道“我能怎么继续做”：

- 想从一篇论文扩展出新论文；
- 想判断某个 idea 是否已经被做过；
- 想要 weak / medium / strong 创新点分级；
- 想要最小实验、baseline 和审稿人反驳；
- 想知道这个 idea 是 `pilot-ready`、`workshop-ready` 还是 `main-track candidate`。

### 输入模板

## 🧪 输出质量检查

一个合格输出至少应该满足：

- ✅ 有明确的 input mode；
- ✅ 有 scope / task map；
- ✅ 有真实论文名，或明确标注 `candidate / unverified`；
- ✅ 论文脉络模式下，每篇关键论文都有具体创新点；
- ✅ trend matrix 不是论文列表，而是趋势变化；
- ✅ gap 有证据标签；
- ✅ idea 有 closest prior work；
- ✅ idea 有 novelty mechanism；
- ✅ idea 有 minimum experiment 和 baseline；
- ✅ 有 reviewer objection；
- ✅ 有 kill / continue criteria；
- ✅ 不随便说“没人做过”。
