# WallEngine

An Engine for Creating and Setting Animated wallpapers

## Prerequisites
* .NET Framework 4.7 or higher version
## Download

You can download latest release from [Releases](https://github.com/Fantoom/WallEngine/releases "Releases") page

## Installing

Just download and unzip the folder anywhere you want

## Instructions
### Creating project

Just press "Create new Project" button , select video or url , write Title, and select preview image (in your opinion) and press Add.
