## Board Revisions

There appear to be different revisions of the V2 board being sold (e.g. v2.0 and v2.1). Differences we have found so far:

| **Button Stability** | Unstable — falls back to touch-only mode | Stable — buttons work normally |

Our firmware auto-detects the board revision at boot by scanning multiple I2C pin pairs and address ranges. If the PCF8574 button expander is not found or is unstable, the device automatically switches to touch-only mode.
