# Roblox Auto Patcher
Automatically and easily patch 2019 and below Roblox Player, Studio and RCC.

This program uses the safest way of patching, by simply replacing the signing certificates and replacing all roblox.com urls with one of your choice. This avoids disabling trust check, and signing outright.

A standalone version of the certificate generator is available [here](https://github.com/worships/rbxsign/tree/main)<br/>
***If you don't want to make a revival or deal with patching even, I recommend checking out [Fluster](https://github.com/sbeltranc/Fluster/tree/main), which is an old roblox launcher that my friend made!***

## Warnings & Notices
> You will have to put the signing keys in certain coreguis/corescripts/join scripts, and files. If you didn't already know this, you probably shouldn't be using this program.

> This program should work perfectly fine for 2015 through 2019 clients. Other versions may require additional patches, mainly >2014 clients.

> This program does not support iOS, and Android patching. Sadly, you will have to figure out how todo these on your own.

## Building

Building for debug targets:
```bash
cargo run build
```

Building for release targets:
```bash
cargo run build -r
```

## Usage
Windows:
```ps
.\roblox-auto-patcher.exe --help
```

Linux/MacOS:
```bash
./roblox-auto-patcher --help
```

## Supported Versions
- [x] 2009 (requires additional patches)
- [x] 2010 (requires additional patches)
- [x] 2011 (requires additional patches)
- [x] 2012 (requires additional patches)
- [x] 2013 (may require additional patches)
- [x] 2014 (may require additional patches)
- [x] 2015
- [x] 2016
- [x] 2017
- [x] 2018 
- [x] 2019

For anything greater than 2019, I recommend checking out [lure](https://github.com/lrre-foss/lure), it is more involved however it has more capabilities & effectively does the same thing this patcher does.

## Todo
- [x] Replace roblox.com urls with user specified
- [x] Replace --rbxsig certificates
- [x] Use in-house certificate generator
- [x] Support for --rbxsig2 (roblox uses different signatures for different versions)
- [x] Be able to patch bootstrapper
- [ ] Support for longer than 10 character domains (requires ASLR disabling, plus other patches)
