Generic overlay for VeloViewer Explorer squares

- [x] largest square support (clashes with generic cache)
- [x] different color for clusters ("inside" squares), (note: cache)
- [x] display boundaries of smaller squares (squadratinhos style, 8x8+)
- [ ] load visited-squares data from squadrats.com

# Additional tools
## square-gpx
Generates .gpx file with square, which has top-left corner at given coordinates and size measured in zoom=14 tiles.

Example: https://vv.fork.pl/square-gpx.php?lat=51.78949&lon=19.32213&side=5

Given latitude and longitude has to be *inside* of top-left square.
