## What You'll Build

A personalized AI system using Claude Projects that:
- Knows your goals and tracks your commitments
- Challenges your excuses and pushes you toward action
- Keeps you focused on Priority 1 work
- Adapts to how you actually work

**Time:** ~1 hour to get started; 3-5 hours across Week 1 for complete setup + 10-15 min/day ongoing

**Requirements:** Claude Pro subscription ($20/month), honest self-reflection, daily commitment
