Our proprietary psychological model, the Caress Model, empowers therapists to assess their patients' mental health efficiently, track progress, and make informed treatment decisions. At the same time, it offers users a platform to understand and manage their emotions, connect with therapists, and access support through an AI chatbot.

## Getting Started

To run the Caress app locally on your machine, follow these steps:

1. Clone the repository: `git clone https://github.com/art3mistical/caress.git`
2. Navigate to the project directory:
   ```bash
   cd caress
   cd caress-frontend
3. Install dependencies: `npm install`
4. Set up Firebase credentials: [Firebase Docs](https://firebase.google.com/docs/web/setup)
5. Start the development server: `npm run dev`
6. Open your browser and go to: `http://localhost:3000`
