🔹 1. Introduction
Sleep is a fundamental biological need, and its disruption is often linked with a wide range of mental and physical health issues. With the rapid increase in stress, screen time, and lifestyle-related problems, sleep disorders are becoming more common and harder to diagnose manually.

This project aims to predict different types of sleep disorders using machine learning models based on patient data such as age, BMI, blood pressure, occupation, sleep duration, and health conditions.

To develop a machine learning model that predicts sleep disorders based on user input.

To analyze the relationship between various personal and health-related features and sleep health.

To create a user-friendly application that allows healthcare professionals or individuals to assess the risk of sleep disorders.

The dataset typically includes the following features:

Sleep Duration (hours)

Quality of Sleep

Sleep Disorder (Target variable – Insomnia, Sleep Apnea, None)

This data is used to train the model to predict whether a person suffers from a sleep disorder.
