<strong>Styl3R</strong> predicts stylized 3D Gaussians in less than a second using a feed-forward network given unposed sparse-view images and an arbitrary style image.<br>

## ⚙️ Installation
Our code relies on Python 3.10+, and is developed based on PyTorch 2.2.0 and CUDA 12.1, but it should work with higher Pytorch/CUDA versions as well.

1. Clone Styl3R.

2. Create the environment, here we show an example using conda.

3. Optional, compile the cuda kernels for RoPE (as in CroCo v2).

## 📚 Datasets
Please refer to **[DATASETS.md](DATASETS.md)** for detailed dataset preparation.

After setting up the datasets (**RE10K**, **DL3DV**, and **WikiArt**):

1. Modify the dataset paths marked with `# TODO` in  
   [`generate_scene_style_correspondences.py`](src/test/generate_scene_style_correspondences.py).  
   Then, run the script to generate **scene-style correspondence** `.json` files.

2. Update the `roots` paths in:  
   - [`re10k_style.yaml`](config/dataset/re10k_style.yaml)  
   - [`dl3dv_style.yaml`](config/dataset/dl3dv_style.yaml)

3. Update the `style_root` paths in:  
   - [`re10k_3view_style_1x.yaml`](config/experiment/re10k_3view_style_1x.yaml)  
   - [`re10k_3view_style_8x8.yaml`](config/experiment/re10k_3view_style_8x8.yaml)  
   - [`re10k_dl3dv_3view_style_1x.yaml`](config/experiment/re10k_dl3dv_3view_style_1x.yaml)  
   - [`re10k_dl3dv_3view_style_8x8.yaml`](config/experiment/re10k_dl3dv_3view_style_8x8.yaml)

## 🚀 Training
First download the [MASt3R](https://download.europe.naverlabs.com/ComputerVision/MASt3R/MASt3R_ViTLarge_BaseDecoder_512_catmlpdpt_metric.pth) pretrained model and put it in the `./ckpts` directory.
### Stage 1: NVS Pretraining
#### (1) 2-view Model (RE10K)

## 🧩 Debugging
A [launch.json](.vscode/launch.json) configuration is provided for debugging all training and inference commands in **VSCode**.
- Update the `python` field to your Python interpreter path.
- Update `checkpointing.load` to your corresponding checkpoint path.
