## About the meme

**Gugugaga Penguin** is the chibi penguin form of the **Endministrator (Endmin)** character from *Arknights: Endfield* by Hypergryph. The character's black coat with white inner lining and yellow shoulder accents resembles an emperor penguin, which fans took as license to create AI-generated chibi videos of them babbling baby-like "gugu gaga" sounds.

It went viral on Bilibili (Feb 19, 2026), then jumped to Douyin, TikTok, and X within two weeks.
