1. Get the code
git clone https://github.com/modin-project/modin

Downloads the entire project code from GitHub to your computer.

cd modin

Moves into the project folder you just downloaded.

docker build -f ci/teamcity/Dockerfile.teamcity-ci -t modin .

Builds a runnable image based on the Dockerfile.
