> Homelab is my fully self-hosted control plane, storage, and automation repository. Every manifest and script in this collection is designed to run on hardware I own, with minimal reliance on public cloud services and maximal control over the entire stack.

### Compute

- **PowerEdge R630** (2): Talos/Kubernetes control-plane nodes `k8s-6` and `k8s-7`, each with 64GB DDR4 and a
  ~1.1TiB ephemeral install disk at `/dev/sdb`.
- **OptiPlex 7050** (1): Talos/Kubernetes control-plane and accelerator node
  `k8s-3`, with 16GB DDR4 and a ~236GiB ephemeral install
  disk at `/dev/sda`.

### Accelerators

- **NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050** (1): 6GB GDDR6 GPU exposed through the Talos
  NVIDIA extensions and consumed in Kubernetes as `nvidia.com/gpu.shared`.
- **Google Coral TPU** (1): USB Edge TPU exposed through the Talos
  `gasket-driver` extension and consumed in Kubernetes as `squat.ai/coral`.
- **Intel iGPU**: enabled on Talos nodes with the `i915`, `intel-ucode`, and
  `mei` extensions for media and hardware acceleration workloads.

### Storage

- **Synology DS423+** (1): apps NFS storage through `jericho`, with
  36.6T usable capacity and 2GB DDR4.
- **Synology RS2416RP+** (1): media NFS storage and backup through
  `lordcommander`, with 69.8T usable capacity and 2GB DDR4.

### Power

**APC SMT1500RMI2UNC**: Smart-UPS 1500VA rackmount 2U, 230V
