## 核心特性

- 本地优先：录屏、简历、模型缓存默认保存在本地。
- 全流程闭环：资源管理 -> 分析报告 -> 模拟面试 -> 任务中心。
- 可观测任务：阶段、进度、耗时、执行器、预计剩余时间（ETA）一目了然。
- 可扩展架构：LLM / ASR Provider 可插拔替换。

## Docker 部署（推荐，优先）

先完成配置：`apps/api/.env`（DeepSeek 必填）。

下面三种部署方式是并列关系，**任选其一**：

### 方式 A：Windows PowerShell 一键部署
```powershell
powershell -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File scripts/one-click-deploy.ps1
```

### 方式 B：macOS / Linux 一键部署
```bash
bash scripts/one-click-deploy.sh
```

### 方式 C：手动 Docker Compose 部署
```bash
docker compose up -d --build
```

## DeepSeek API 配置（必填）

请在 `apps/api/.env` 至少配置以下字段：

```env
RETRO_API_BASE=https://api.deepseek.com/v1
RETRO_API_KEY=<YOUR_DEEPSEEK_KEY>
RETRO_LLM_MODEL=deepseek-chat
```

完整模板见：`apps/api/.env.example`

启动后访问：
- Web：<http://localhost:5173>
- API：<http://localhost:8000>
- API Docs：<http://localhost:8000/docs>

停止服务：

```bash
docker compose down
```

## 本地开发

后端：

```powershell
cd apps/api
python -m venv .venv
.\.venv\Scripts\activate
pip install -e .[dev,local-asr]
Copy-Item .env.example .env
uvicorn retro_app.main:app --reload --port 8000
```

前端：

```powershell
cd apps/web
npm install
npm run dev
```
