# Van Moof S3 eShifter fixes
This is a collection of VanMoof S3 eshifter resources and hardware schematics.

Since march-2023 Error 45 occoured twice and peddle support only works when the steering handle is turnt to the left. Its unfixable as VanMoof went bankrupt.

# VanMoof eshifter fix

2. Read <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/vanmoofbicycle/comments/15085mg/successful_eshifter_repair_s3/" target="_blank">successful_eshifter_repair_s3</a> by a mechatronics engineer.
3. # Requirements
- Experience with soldering, desoldering
- Have a multimeter
- eShifter debugging <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/vanmoofbicycle/comments/15085mg/comment/jsah74b/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3" target="_blank">extension</a> cable
- Optional: bench lab powersupply such as a Riden <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7M3mByDMRWw" target="_blank">RK6006</a>.

 - Error 44 Option 2 <a href="https://iservice-utrecht.nl/">iService</a> learnt by DIY how to fix the eShifter and could do it for you.
 - Error 45 <a href="https://greenbikes.nl/">Green Bikes</a>, Haarlem, NL has VanMoof techie which can repair cable problem, but they are waiting for spares (Aug-2023) arriving end of Sep-2023
