支持《GMT 0005-2021 随机性检测规范》的快速 国密随机数检测工具

## 测试环境:
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz   2.21 GHz
    耗时：10分钟左右

## 通过判定
    
    通过率阈值公式：

    选择样本后,自动计算出成功通过检测所需要的样本数量。

当显著性水平为0.01，样本个数s为1000时，通过率阈值下界计算为0.9805607。
    向上取整后,表示1000个样本需要>=981个样本符合显著性水平，则此检测项通过检测。
    15项检测中，必须每项都超过981组样本符合显著性水平,则检测数据通过随机性检测。
