A Alfred Worflow to interact with Stretchly

# Installation
## Requirments
- stretchFred requires you to have [Strechly](https://hovancik.net/stretchly/) installed. stretchFred uses the CLI options of Stretchly and will look voor Stretchly at `/Applications/Stretchly.app/Contents/MacOS/Stretchly`
- Custom Workflows require Alfred Powerpack licence. It's well worth the money

## Installation
Simply download the latest [release](https://github.com/KingOfSpades/stretchFred/releases/) from the releases page or get the `.workflow` file from GiT

# Usage
## Interacting with Stretchly
Using stretchFred you can:
- Skip to next mini | long breaks
- Reset breaks
- Resume breaks
- Pauze Stretchly
  - For 1 | 2 | 4 | 8 hours
  - Pauze Stretchly until-morning
  - Pauze Stretchly indefinitely

The default keyword is `st` but you can change that to your liking.

## Pauze for X
You can use stretchFred to pause Stretchly for X time (just like in the Strechtly menu item). You can select pauze from the `st` menu or you can use `st pauze` for direct acces.

Example, pauzing Stretchly for 2 hours:
