### `talk(options, notNow)`
Convert the provided text into speech.

#### Params

- **Object** `options`: An object containing:
  - text: a string that must be converted in speech
  - notNow (default: false): don't play it now
- **Boolean** `notNow`: Autoplay or not.

#### Return
- **Audio** The `Audio` instance.
