# Monoth

A real-time financial dashboard with 60+ panels covering equities, crypto, forex, commodities, fixed income, prediction markets, and macro data. No login required.

## Quick Start

```bash
git clone https://github.com/jpoindexter/monoth
cd monoth
cp .env.example .env
# Fill in at minimum: FINNHUB_API_KEY and FRED_API_KEY (both free)
npm install
npm run dev
```

Open [http://localhost:5173](http://localhost:5173).

## API Keys

Most panels work with free-tier keys. Only the keys for the data sources you want are required.

Supabase and Stripe are only needed if you want user accounts and billing. Set `APP_URL` to your deployed URL (e.g. `https://monoth.com`) for Stripe redirect URLs to work.

## Deploy to Vercel

Add your environment variables in the Vercel dashboard under **Settings → Environment Variables**. Set `CRON_SECRET` to a random string — Vercel uses it to authenticate scheduled jobs.
